- Creating a radio show was an idea impregnated by a visionary which became reality Gryndtyme Radio show. The LGBT community had no outlet, no source of entertainment; these factors brought Gryndtyme from a dream, to the home of Blogtalkradio, a place to give LGBT entrepreneurs a place to connect and network. As any movement Gryndtyme collided with obstacles; over used clichés were used such as "everything happens for a reason" and "only the strong survive". Obstacles became stepping stones, endings of one thing became the beginning of another, and the survivors became the reason, motivation, inspiration for others to follow their dreams. If you can dream it...you can live it. Grindtime's dreams began as an idea. With motivation, it has become a realization. As the road of sucess seemed to be down the street, death was knocking Gryndtyme's closlet. We could have stopped there but this movement is much bigger then Gryndtyme radio and tv so through the doubts, trials and tribulations Les.B.onest emerged from the debri of Gryndtyme.
